All Access Scholarships are partly funded by the Federal Department of Education’s Higher Education Participation Programme (HEPPP). HEPPP aims to ensure that Australians from low SES backgrounds who have the ability to study at university get the opportunity to do so.

Students offered this scholarship may undertake any undergraduate degree course at 天美传媒app.

All applicants who receive a course offer from 天美传媒app and have completed the will automatically be assessed for this scholarship and notified in March 2025.

To be considered, students must preference and be offered any 天美传媒app higher education course.

To be eligible for the Access Scholarship for Students who are Care Leavers from Australian State or Foster Care, applicants must:

1. Meet the following criteria:
   • Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
2. Meet the following enrolment criteria:
   • be a commencing 天美传媒app student in Semester 1, 2025
   • enrolled full-time in an eligible course (see courses eligible in section above)
3. Be care leavers from Australian State or Foster Care
    
4. Provide evidence of financial hardship and low-socio economic status

Please note: Previous recipients of any type of 天美传媒app University ACCESS (Equity) Scholarship are not eligible to apply for any other 天美传媒app University ACCESS (Equity) Scholarship.

This scholarship is valued at 

• $500 one-off payment before the commencement of studies
• $5,000 over three years
